We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. All transactions and user data are securely handled.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Notes:

  • Delays at the delivery company are beyond our control.
  • If you are not home, the courier will leave an absence message. The package can be picked up at the designated point within the specified period.
  • If the package is returned to us because it was not picked up, we will resend it at your request. Additional costs: €3.50.
  • Please ensure your address details are correct. Incorrect addresses leading to returns will incur shipping, payment, and administrative costs (€3.50).

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms below:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 calendar days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used at purchase (excluding shipping costs).

How to return a product:

  1. Register your return in advance via email: info@sarfycreations.com
  2. Download and complete the return form.
  3. Send the item to:

Conditions for returns:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Item must be unused.
  • Return must be sent with sufficient postage.

Note: Return costs are at the customer's expense unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

Complaints & Damages

If you have a complaint, please contact us by phone (10am–5pm) or email at info@sarfycreations.com so we can resolve the issue together. Always mention your order number.

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please report this immediately by email, including a photo of the damaged item. The cost of the damaged item will be refunded.
